At Colectivo Coffee, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your coffee, equipment, or apparel doesn't meet your expectations, we are here to make it right through a simple return or exchange process.
Review Eligibility
Ensure your item is in its original packaging; please note that while we offer returns on gear and apparel within 30 days, fresh roasted coffee beans are generally non-returnable unless defective.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief description of the issue to receive a Return Authorization and further instructions.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your items and use the provided shipping label or a carrier of your choice to send the package back to our Milwaukee roasting facility.
Receive Refund or Credit
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process a refund to your original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
